Back in the Big Apple
It's been over three years, the longest I've been away from my beloved hometown. I decided to reacquaint myself by walking around Central Park. Somehow, even with grey skies and arctic temperatures, it was more beautiful than ever.
Walking the north end of the park with my friend Dale. Alice in Wonderland in all her finery. Lots of weird skinny buildings that look like smokestacks are taking over New York's skyline.
Sat on this bench for a while. Wonder if they're still married.
Dog practicing downward dog. Love the reflection...
Passed by a movie being filmed, then a new old-style barbershop. What’s it like getting a haircut in that chair?
This fella looked cozy in his perch.
Running two laps around the reservoir was my goal as a kid.
“London is satisfied, Paris is resigned, but New York is always hopeful. Always it believes that something good is about to come off, and it must hurry to meet it.”---Dorothy Parker
